Psychedelic Integration for Lasting Connection
ACER Integration is a transformative program to deepen connection to self, others and the natural world.
Why ACER?
The crises many of us face both personally and collectively are caused, at their roots, by disconnectedness. We have grown up in a culture that disconnects us from our deeper selves, others, and the living world. Research by our founder Dr. Rosalind Watts found that psychedelics can increase connectedness to self, others, and the wider world—but that this fades over time within our hyper-individualistic society.
Dr Watts started ACER to nurture and extend this connectedness through practices rooted in psychological theory and nature’s wisdom. Although these findings were born out of psychedelic research, these lessons are universal—especially now, as we navigate the unprecedented challenges of a world in crisis.
So how can we cope? How can we reconnect? ACER Integration was created to help us find the answers.
What We Do
ACER Integration is a guided yearlong program that takes place within a global online community. Each month, we explore a new theme inspired by tree archetypes, for example, Oak (July): Accepting all parts of ourselves and Elder (December): Connecting with ancestors. Through reflection, breathwork, and community support, you’ll develop new practices each month that foster resilience and lasting connection.
Our A.C.E.R. model helps you:
Accept emotions
Connect to meaning
Embody insights
Restore balance with nature’s rhythms
ACER is non-prescriptive. You engage with what feels most aligned to you, and this might change from month-to-month and you're always in control of your journey.
Who is ACER For?
Most people join ACER either to develop skills for integrating their own psychedelic experiences, or to deepen their skills as therapists/facilitators/spaceholders, or often for both these purposes. However, the more the world changes the more people are realising that to create real change, and to avoid burnout, finding a community of purpose is key.
Therapists and practitioners come to ACER to be held and heard through times of transformation, to feel part of something bigger within a global network, and to create a fabric of care to support them in their work supporting others. They can also develop knowledge, new connections and skills that they can use in their work.
Integrators join ACER to learn more helpful, resourced ways of being, reduce feelings of isolation, feel more connected and to integrate psychedelic experiences in an ongoing way as part of a nature-based integration community.
